How much do you, as a band and as individuals, interact with the grouping buying your music? How much do you interact with other musicians? These are important things to consider, as they can shape the line of your career. Consider- the Grateful Dead didn’t clear the grouping who opened for them. Their verify on it- it was a privilege to open for them as the audience danger would be absolutely large (this was clearly after a certain point in their career, of course). Despite the lack of pay, innumerous drawing of musicians decided to verify the opportunity anyway and where vastly rewarded for their efforts by album sales, merchandise sales, publicity and popularity.
Fans like to have interaction with their favorite bands, and that usually isn’t rattling possible with a lot of the big name bands that have prefabricated it today. They are already so broad up there with their fame and their monetary stagnant that album sales, tour dates, royalties, etc don’t create that same need. Does this mean that they don’t care about their fans. No, of course not, they depend upon them just as every other musical group does. However, the disagreement for a developing band is a lot greater. It may be the disagreement between making it and almost making it, or it may not. You sure don’t want to find discover the hard way, though.
There are a couple of things that are pretty much standard on a penalization ethnic networking site, and you should look for these features in any online penalization ethnic network you intend to join. One, they should provide you with ample ability to upload your personal images, album covers and musical tracks. You should have access to a blog feature, and be able to transmit back and forward with others on the site with ease. Connecting in, hearing other’s music, and making friends and connections is a rattling great benefit of these sites as well. You might just find yourself touring with a band you met via one of your penalization ethnic networks- you just never know what kind of connections could be made. While everyone dreams of being \”found\” it also helps to give a little assistance in making yourself visible to those who are doing the finding.
